Waverly Park
Smooth, fast, flowy, sustained climbs and long fun descents
Trail Conditions
All trail conditions are provided through the Trailforks app. Everyone can help us keep the community informed on current trail conditions by submitting a trail report. Learn how to submit a trail condition report here.
Please do not ride wet trails! It only creates more work for the volunteers to repair the damage you create.
Waverly is flow at it finest.
Trail Head
Most riders park at the gravel lot near the playground. There are bathrooms right across the road from this lot as well.
You can also follow the road to the end and park at the base of the hill.
Popular Waverly Trails
Waverly Park is 25 minutes southwest of downtown Louisville.
The trail system offers 7.5 miles of fast, flowy, smooth climbs and descents. The climbs will test your fitness and the descents will make you smile.
You can park in the first lot near the playground or the bottom turn-around lot.
All trails will lead you back to one of these lots so it is difficult to get lost. The trails are not directional, however, there are some jumps and berms that are most enjoyable going clockwise.
There are not as many hikers as Cherokee, however, it is a multi-use trail so ride with caution. There are restrooms near the lake. The park entry gate is open from dawn to dusk.
